I bought these rims to refurb myself as a ‘little project’. Didn’t want to go the usual silver route so decided on the colour you see.
As we all know, wheel taste, style, colour etc is very much down to the individual, and unfortunately they just weren’t right for me. You could say that dark wheels are like marmite!!
This doesn’t detract from the fact that they are an awesome colour and just need the right car, my feelings would be a Silver coupe. They are in excellent condition, with only the odd mark on inner edges from the tyre fitment, but these cannot be seen once rubber is on.
I put hours into getting these wheels to this standard (I like things right!!) and they’ve covered less than 50 miles on my car since painting.
Spacers are required to fit to S2’s, I ran 15mm front and 10mm rear on my Avant.
Tyre size required for S2’s is 225/40/18.
Priced to sell at realistic £380 – please guys no daft offers or PX.

So sold them on after very little use. Wheel colour matters more than you first think. Would have thought these would look good on a green car though!
